Coziee Lodge Singapore Hostel Review

We stayed at Coziee Lodge on our weekend getaway in Singapore. It was a budget trip, and we got a promo rate of SGD25 per person per night, staying in either male or female dorm.

We arrived early in the morning after spending our first night sleeping at Changi airport. The reception opens 24 hours, after checking in, we were allowed to leave our backpack near the reception area. Each of us had to pay SGD20 for a key deposit which could be collected after checking out.

The common area, located on the 2nd floor

The female dorm is located on the 2nd floor, we stayed in a 10 bedded rooms with an aircon and also fan.

Our female dorm

There are two bathroom on the first floor and also two on the first floor. Coziee Lodge provides hot water and soap inside the bathroom. They rent towel to the guests, but I choose to bring my own.

The bathroom

As in other hostel, the breakfast is free, but we had to leave early so we didn't enjoy it. The kitchen located on the second floor, near the female dorm.

The Surroundings

Coziee Lodge located on Geylang Road, it is 5-10 minutes away to Kallang MRT Station, and only two minutes from the nearest bus stop.

We took bus 80 from the bus stop at the opposite of the hostel which took us directly to Vivo City. Or you could just walk to Kallang MRT from the hostel, and explore Singapore with the MRT.

Inside bus # 80

There are many restaurants near the hostel, if you are looking for halal food, you can go to Iman Banana Leaf Restaurant. Just exit to the right from the hostel, and turn right at an intersection, the restaurant will be on your right.

With such a great location, what we paid was really worth it. Yes this hostel is recommended for your budget trip to Singapore.
