We stayed at Cattleya Marbella Seminyak with a special price from Disdus, wow a villa with a private pool for IDR 2,685,000 (4D3N)! It was a great bargain. Prior to our stay, the hotel staffs were really helpful, they replied our email promptly. We were picked up at Bali's airport, it was about 30 minutes drive to the Cattleya Marbella Seminyak.
The check-in process was fast, we were given orange juice as the welcome drink. From the outside, the villa looks small, and the lobby area looks unfinished:p However the friendliness of the hotel staffs gave us a warm feeling at the lobby.
Our one bedroom villa was one of the villa which located nearest to the lobby. It also located just steps away to the main pool outside our villa. As mentioned on the tripadvisor review regarding the one bedroom villa of Cattleya Marbella Seminyak, the indoor pool was way too cold!
We always had our swim at the main pool outside our villa. The pool area is so great! It consist of two pools, the smaller is for jacuzzi, but when you turn off the jacuzzi, then it's the kids pool. While the larger one was for the adult, with a sun bathing area on the edge of it.

When we made the booking, we had informed the hotel that we'll be traveling with our kiddos, and we asked what was the hotel policy. Kids are welcome as long as they are under 12.

Our one bedroom villa was spacious, with a terrace outside our room, facing the private indoor pool. It has a separate shower and bathtub, and the indoor pool has a direct access to the bathroom.
The breakfast was basic, but it was ok. Our 3 yo Arkan loves their sausage, while our 5 yo Najmi loves to have bread with honey. The breakfast area was limited, as it was served around the pool.
Location wise, the villa located in a walking distance to Jalan Petitenget. But if you are taking your kids, then it's recommended to hire a car. We rented an avanza for IDR 200,000 for 24 hours without driver.
The villa is located on a bumpy road, but no worries, it's only few meters away from the main road. The closest beach is 10 minutes away driving. The beach is the same beach as the beach from Potato Head Beach Club.
We really enjoy our stay at Cattleya Marbella Seminyak, our kiddos love this villa:)
