We’ve heard about this resto some months ago as it participated in discount program from our lovely credit card, but we’ve just visited this resto about a week ago when I and Rene decided to have a saturday night dinner, just for the two of us *this is going to be our monthly or hopefully bi-weekly program* Seems it was a good choice cause at night Arisan becomes a romantic resto.
Located near the Sate Building which is Bandung’s icon, this resto really offer the facility to conduct “arisan” (women’s gathering I might translate) because the tables and the chairs or sofa can be occupied by 6 to 8 persons.You may not see small table for 4 person in this resto. We sat on the table for 6 that night, cause it wast the smallest.
We ordered mixed grill and chicken steak with a chocolate cake as our dessert. The steak were not so big and the taste were not special. The mixed grill which rene ordered is much better than my chicken steak. But my disappointment was well paid off by the chocolate cake...mmm it was very yummy!
The steak’s price range from Rp 40.000 to Rp 100.000 for the imported steak, while the cake’s average price is Rp 15.000. I might say that this resto is a bit expensive without the 50% discount program. Compared to another resto, with the same price we can get bigger and much better taste of steak. But still I might say this is a perfect resto to hang out with your friends. The name Arisan really suit this resto.Arisan Cafe & Resto
