On our previous visit to Manado, we had a seafood dinner at Ria Rio Restaurant, located a little bit off the city. This time we tried its sister resto callled Wahaha Restaurant, located in the Mega Mall area of Manado.
We arrived at Mega Mall area around sunset time, yes it was too early for dinner but the good thing was, we could enjoy the beautiful sunset just outside the resto :)
The resto was empty when we came in. There were only a few guest and too bad the live music had not been started. We could choose our own frozen seafood, but we prefer the waiter choose it for us:p
Our friends in Manado choose the dishes and I must say all tasted even better than the one we had in Ria Rio restaurant. Our fave dish was the fish soup, very delicious!
And of course their fish with woku sauce is the highlight of our dinner. It taste spicy and very "Manado" :p
Other than those two dishes, our friends also ordered grilled fish (yummy!), chicken and shrimp mayonnaise.
I haven't been to many resto in Manado before, but for sure this is one of the best seafood resto in Manado that I have tried. Really recommended to have dinner with your big families here. Nice and big resto, great food, good location at a fair price.
