When I visited Bugis at end of Dec 2010, this place was really crowded. I was all alone, just enjoying the place as well as the crowd. It was lunch time, I decided to have lunch first at Parco Bugis Junction, in their foodcourt which is called the Food Junction.
After having a japanese saba fish set, I did some window shopping inside parco. Also enjoying the fountain outside the mall.
Just accross the mall there's the bugis village which is known as the shopper's paradise for the cheap price of singapore's souvenirs.
Than I found a nice shopping mall called Iluma which has a very eyecathing overbridge. I went inside and this mall is filled with so many unique shops.
Well I must say there are so many reason to visit Bugis indeed. To reach this place, take MRT and alight at Bugis, or you can also search bus (bus route available at each bus stop) heading to Victoria Street.
