On my second visit to Manado, we tried very yummy fried Ikan Mas at Rumah Makan Rajawali located just beside Swisbelhotel Manado. From outside the resto looks like an ordinary house, but this small resto always packed with guests especially during lunch time.
We tried their fried and also grilled Ikan Mas. One portion of Ikan Mas was between IDR 45,000 to IDR 50,000, not cheap, but the price worth it. I prefer the fried one than the grilled fish. The fried fish was so crunchy!
Fish comes with three different types of sambal, my fave was the dabu-dabu, the fresh and spicy tomato...yuum!
If you are planning going to Bunaken, I would recommend to go directly to this resto from the airport before going to Bunaken. The taste of the Ikan Mas was really special:)
